Signing up
Do I need an account to upload photos?+
Yes. To upload photos and see the album, sign in with Kakao or Google and join the group. Opening the invitation and signing the guestbook don't need an account, though — anyone with the link can see them.
If I have the invitation link, can I see the album too?+
No. The invitation and the album are separate doors. Anyone with the link can see the invitation, but only people who have joined the group can see the album. Tap Join the group at the bottom of the invitation, and the album opens for you from then on.
Photos
Does a deleted photo disappear right away?+
No. It moves to the Trash and stays there for 15 days. You can restore it anytime during those 15 days; after that, it's deleted for good.
Can I ask for a photo someone else uploaded to be taken down?+
Yes. Tap Report in the photo's ⋯ menu and the photo is hidden right away. You can see the result in Settings › My removal requests.
Who reviews photos?+
The group's host. When Review is turned on in Album settings, new photos don't go straight into the album — they wait for the host's approval. While they wait, the uploader and the host can still see them, marked as in review.
Account
What happens to my photos if I delete my account?+
They stay in the group. Photos are the group's record, so one person leaving doesn't leave holes in everyone else's album. If you'd like your photos gone first, move them to the Trash before you delete your account.
