These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the RoostDay service provided by 주식회사 디엑스플랜 (the “Company”), and the rights and obligations of the Company and its members.

Article 1 (Description of the Service)

  • The Company provides features for creating and sending mobile invitations, and a shared group album feature connected through the invitation link.
  • Invitations are generated as web documents, and members can share them through the issued link.
  • In a shared album, group participants can upload photos and leave comments and chat messages.
  • The service is provided on the web and through mobile apps, and these Terms apply equally whichever you use.

Article 2 (Membership and Accounts)

  • Membership is created by social login with a Kakao or Google account.
  • Persons under 14 years of age cannot become members. We confirm at sign-up that you are 14 or older.
  • Anyone with the link can open and view an invitation. Only those who have signed up and joined the group can upload photos, comment, and view the album.
  • Members may not transfer or lend their account information to others.

Article 3 (Paid Services)

  • An album pass is purchased per meeting — that is, per album — and extends the retention period for original photos in that album and the number of photos and videos it can hold. When one group member pays, it applies equally to all participants in that album.
  • A free album keeps originals for 30 days from the day the first photo was taken, or until 30 days after the album was created, whichever is later. Uploading is open for that same period, and while the album has no photos the period has not started. If you pay within that time, the originals of all photos uploaded up to that point are kept.
  • A free album locks 180 days after the day it was created and can no longer be viewed. Once it is locked, buying a storage extension adds five years to the viewing period and opens the album again. What opens again are the 2048px copies; originals that have already been reduced do not come back.
  • An album pass's retention period is calculated not from the payment date but from the first photo date (the capture time of the earliest photo in that album).
  • Invitations are free, with no limit on the number of viewers. There is no separately paid invitation product.
  • Payments are processed through Toss Payments on the web, and through Google Play and Apple App Store in-app purchases in the apps. Either way, a payment is confirmed only after both the notification from the payment provider or store and re-verification by the Company's server.
  • Cancellations and refunds for in-app purchases follow each store's policies and procedures. The same item may cost more in the apps than on the web; that difference is the store's commission.
  • Payment on the web has not opened yet. From the day it opens, this Article and the next apply to web payments in the same way.

Article 4 (Order Withdrawal and Refunds)

  • An album pass is applied to its album as soon as payment is confirmed: the retention period for originals is extended, and the excess originals uploaded up to that point are restored. Before it is applied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the payment date.
  • Due to the nature of digital content, withdrawal of an order may be restricted once the content has been used, and we inform you of this before payment.
  • If you were unable to use the service because of the Company's fault or a service failure, we issue a refund regardless of whether the service was used.
  • Payments made by members under 19 years of age without the consent of their legal representative may be canceled.

Article 5 (Rights and Responsibilities for Posts)

  • Copyright in the photos, videos, and comments uploaded by members and attendees belongs to the person who posted them.
  • The Company uses posts only to the extent necessary to provide the service (storage, conversion, thumbnail generation, and display within the album).
  • The Company does not use members' posts for advertising or promotion, except where separate consent has been obtained.
  • Anyone who uploads a post warrants that they hold the rights to it and have confirmed that the other people shown in the photo consent to its being shared.
  • A person who appears in a photo may request that it be taken down. On receiving a request, the Company reviews it and takes action without delay.

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

  • You may not post content that infringes other people's portrait rights, copyrights, or reputation.
  • You may not access an album by any route other than an invitation to the group, or distribute an invitation link without authorization.
  • You may not attempt automated access that interferes with the normal operation of the service.

Article 7 (Amendments to the Terms)

  • The Company may amend these Terms when necessary. When it does, it posts a notice within the service starting 7 days before the effective date (30 days before, for changes unfavorable to members).
