View the Korean originalRoostDay prohibits any content or conduct that sexually abuses or exploits children. This document explains how we enforce that prohibition and how we receive and handle reports.
1. What we prohibit
- We prohibit uploading, sharing, or storing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexualizes children. This applies everywhere — photos, videos, text, chats, invitations, and guestbooks.
- We prohibit approaching or luring children for sexual purposes (grooming); trading, brokering, or advertising child sexual exploitation material; and posting links that lead to such content.
- When a violation is confirmed, we delete the content, suspend the account, and restrict re-registration.
2. Minimum age
- People under 14 cannot sign up as members. We confirm at sign-up that you are 14 or older.
- If we learn that a user is under 14, we suspend the account and, after confirming this, destroy the personal information collected without delay.
3. How to report
- You can report from anywhere in the app or on the web. Some places let you report without logging in.
- Photos — open the photo and tap “Request photo removal” in the ⋯ menu.
- Chats — long-press the message, or tap “Report” in the ⋯ menu.
- Guestbook — tap “Report” next to the entry. People who opened the invitation through its link can also report without logging in.
- If none of the routes above works for you, let us know at the address in Section 6 below, and we will handle it through the same procedure.
4. What we do when we receive a report
- An operator reviews every report received. Reports about child safety are handled before other reports.
- Content suspected of violating child safety is hidden first, even before the review is complete. If it is confirmed as a violation, we delete it and suspend the account.
- If a report turns out to be untrue, we restore the hidden content.
- We notify the person who reported of the outcome.
5. We report to the authorities
- When we identify child sexual abuse material, we report it to law enforcement in accordance with applicable laws. In Korea, the channels for this are the Korean National Police Agency and the Korea Communications Standards Commission.
- Where necessary, we also report to relevant organizations, including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
- When law enforcement makes a lawful request, we provide the relevant materials.
6. Contact
- Please send inquiries and reports about child safety to the address below.
- Email — suyoung_an@dxplan.kr
7. Review of these standards
- We review these standards at least once a year, and whenever relevant laws or policies change.
- The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this document.
