Yes. Every template is yours to use, with no limit on viewers, and you can make as many as you like for each gathering. Albums are the only thing we charge for — keeping original photos for a long time is what costs us.

An album pass keeps photos in full quality for 12 months from the first photo's date, then as viewing copies for 5 years. The full-quality storage extension keeps full quality 12 more months. The album viewing extension keeps an album open 5 more years — one with a pass, or a locked free album. Once the full-quality date passes, photos become viewing copies and can't be restored, so extend before then if you need full quality. You can buy either under Extend storage in Album settings.

You can upload — and photos are kept in full quality — for 30 days from the day the first photo was taken, or until 30 days after the album was made, whichever is later. With no photos yet, the clock hasn't started. Once it ends, your photos stay but are kept as viewing copies instead of full quality, and nothing more can be uploaded. Buy an album pass before then and everything uploaded so far stays in full quality, and you can upload again. You can always download the photos you uploaded.

No. When one person in the group buys an album pass, everyone in that album gets the benefits. Invitations are free.

Contact us within 7 days of purchase without having used any benefits, such as viewing the group's member list, and you'll get a full refund. Storage extensions can be refunded until the extension is applied.
