1. Why we ask
- Processing the personal information of children under 14 requires obtaining the consent of their legal representative and having a procedure in place to verify that the consent is genuine.
- The Company does not operate that procedure. We have therefore decided not to accept users under 14, and we confirm this at sign-up.
2. If the confirmation was untrue
- If we learn that a user is under 14, we suspend the account and, after confirming this, destroy the personal information collected without delay.
- If any payment was made, we refund it.
- If you come across such an account, please let us know at support@dxplan.kr.
3. Children shown in photos are a different matter
- When the people in the photos are children, as in a first-birthday party album, this confirmation does not apply. The person who signs up is an adult; the child is someone who appears in the photos.
- A guardian may request at any time that such photos be taken down.
- Albums can be viewed only by participants who have the link, and they are not collected by search engines.

4. Payments by minors
- If a member under 19 makes a payment without the consent of their legal representative, the member or the legal representative may cancel that payment.
