This is an English translation of the Korean original. If the two differ, the Korean version prevails.
View the Korean originalWhen you create an album, photos from many people gather in one place. We set out in advance what may be uploaded and who is responsible for what gets uploaded.
1. What you may not upload
- Sexual exploitation material involving children or adolescents may not be uploaded in any form. This applies even if no real person is depicted, and even if it is edited, synthesized, or drawn.
- You may not upload photos showing sexual acts or genitals, or any other photos that constitute media harmful to juveniles.
- You may not upload images of a person's body taken against their will, secretly taken photos, or photos whose distribution has not been consented to.
- You may not upload scenes of brutal violence or abuse, or photos intended to threaten or harass others.
- You may not upload other people's copyrighted works or personal information (photos in which ID cards, bank account numbers, or addresses can be read) without authorization.
2. Responsibility lies with the uploader
- Responsibility for each photo lies with the person who uploaded it. The Company does not censor photos and does not take responsibility for uploaded photos on anyone's behalf.
- As the host of that space, the person who created the album can turn on review to see photos before they are posted, and can move posted photos to the trash.
- When an album is deleted, every photo and video in it, including ones other members uploaded and their originals, is permanently deleted from our servers right away and cannot be restored. The host can delete an album, and in groups where "Members can delete albums" is turned on in the group settings, members can too. Download any photos you want to keep beforehand.
- Before uploading a photo that shows other people, please first consider whether they would want it. Anyone who does not want it can request removal from the photo's ⋯ menu, and once requested, the photo is hidden right away.
3. What the Company does
- When a photo is reported, an operator reviews it and decides whether to take it down or make it visible again. Until then, it is not visible to participants other than the uploader.
- If child or adolescent sexual exploitation material is confirmed, we delete it immediately, report it to law enforcement, and suspend the account that uploaded it. In such cases, we may act without prior notice.
- When there is a request under applicable law, the Company cooperates to the extent necessary.
4. Violations
- Photos that violate these rules are deleted, and repeated violations may result in restrictions on the use of the album and the account.
- If a violation causes damage to the Company or other users, the uploader is responsible for it.
